Bassil receives French Ambassador to Lebanon

Free Patriotic Movement leader MP Gebran Bassil received on Wednesday French Ambassador to Lebanon Anne Grillo, whereby they both discussed the political situation and the results of the parliamentary elections, especially in terms of parliamentary blocs and their distribution.

They also empathized the importance of a quick government formation that will be capable of facing challenges and implementing the necessary economic and financial reforms that would help Lebanon lift itself out of the crises.

Bassil then met with Hungarian Ambassador to Lebanon Ferenc Csillag on an acquaintance visit, and discussed with him the general situation in the country.
