REPORT: Electrical rooms: A source of light, or cause of death?

Dwindling power lines scattered across Lebanese roads are now presenting a fatal hazard to passersby, especially with winter’s wet season and constant electricity outages in the country.

This report will examine a power room in the crowded Beirut neighborhood of Burj Hammoud. To much of everyone’s surprise, this electrical room remains openly exposed to the elements of the weather; not to mention random tampering.
