Hours away from the anniversary of the Beirut Port blast, the collapse of the silos is still the preoccupation of all the Lebanese and those concerned with monitoring damaged buildings.

 

However, there is an increased risk of the northern structure collapsing in the silos because the rate at which they were tilting had increased from 12 millimeters a day to 20 mm an hour.
