What did US mediator Hochstein say to LBCI?

US mediator Amos Hochstein explained on Thursday that it is not true that there is a winner and a loser in the agreement, noting that for this reason they changed the negotiation over the last few months to look at it differently and to ask a different set of questions.

Hochstein’s comments were made during an interview with LBCI, whereby he stressed that he succeeded where he failed a few years ago, adding that this is his second round.

“I think the most important part of it was when US President Biden asked me to take another shot at this and to resume as a mediator,” he stated.

He stressed that both sides wanted different things, and what was important to one side was not as important to the other, and that allowed us to have a recipe for a win win.
