Iranian ambassador: Situation in Syria is improving

Iranian ambassador to Lebanon Gadanfar Rouken Abadi denied on Tuesday having discussed with Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour the issue of the STL funding, stressing that the situation in Syria is improving.

The Iranian ambassador confirmed, following his meeting with Mansour, that Iran is ready to boost Iranian-Lebanese defense ties especially by equipping the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) to fight against the Israeli occupation.
