Aoun remembers martyrs on October 13 memorial

At the October 13th commemoration ceremony on Thursday, Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun said that it is difficult to rebuild a country today. “We aim to give morality and legality their rightful place in it”, he said, adding “who better than the Church to defend these two values?”

During his speech, Aoun reiterated the promise he made to the martyrs to toe the line and not bow to any affronts.
