REPORT: Storm Olga’s repercussions destroy honey season

The wrath of storm Olga and the repercussions that followed have left Akkar bee-houses and orange orchards in Tal Andi in tatters.

The frost and heavy rains completely destroyed the honey season, some farmers said, with winds uprooting surrounding orchard trees.

This report will shed light on the plight of Lebanese farmers in light of the storm’s aftermath.
