New Israeli surveillance point at Wazzani hills

The Israeli Army introduced a new surveillance point at the hills facing Al-Wazzani fort resort on Monday morning.

The surveillance point lies outside the barbwire at a point that the Israeli Army considers within the blue line while the Lebanese Army has reservations on it.

A tent was also set up at that point and three Merkava tanks were brought into ditches that were dug about a month ago.

Earlier, Israeli warplanes violated the Lebanese airspace on Monday at 9:50 am and flew over Jezzine and Iklim el Toufah regions on medium altitude, according to the National News Agency correspondent.
