Gemayel bound for France

Former President, Amin Gemayel, left Beirut on Monday, heading to Paris upon an invitation by French President Francois Hollande.

President Hollande will receive Gemayel at the Elysee palace on Wednesday to discuss the situation in Lebanon and the region.

Gemayel will also hold a series of meetings with French and European officials during his visit to Paris, as per a statement by Gemayel's Media Bureau.
