Inspectors take action after LBCI's investigations on non-compliant labneh

After LBCI's investigation revealed non-compliant labneh and laboratory tests confirmed a mixture of starch and vegetable oils with germs, samples were taken from dairy and cheese factories in the Zgharta district by Economy Ministry inspectors in the northern region.

These samples will undergo examinations as a preliminary step before referring the case to the judiciary for necessary actions.
