3km long traffic jam at Lebanese-Syrian border

Syria closed the border with Lebanon preventing trucks to enter at the al-Aboudia-al-Dabousia between Lebanon and Syria in North Lebanon.

The National News Agency reported earlier that the Northern International check point al-Aboudia-al-Dabousia between Lebanon and Syria was witnessing truck jam extending over three kilometers of 450 trucks carrying goods and products to Arab states.

Witnesses told the reporters that the traffic jams are caused by thorough inspection led by Syrian customs and border guards which obviously decreased the number of trucks crossing the border from Lebanon to Syria.
