Al Assir vows escalatory steps

Al Assir and his supporters ended on Sunday in the afternoon their protests in the Nejme Square and headed to Al Bezri mosque near the Karame roundabout in Sidon.

During his sermon in the mosque, Al Assir vowed escalatory steps which will be announced successively.

Earlier, Sheikh Ahmad Al Assir and his supporters arrived to Nejme Square on feet and blocked the road.

Meanwhile, the LAF blocked on Sunday all roads leading from Abra toward Karame roundabout in Sidon as Sheikh Al Assir is expected to stage a protest today in the afternoon at Karame roundabout.

Sheikh Al Assir and his supporters intensified in the past few days their protests outside Bilal bin Rabah mosque in the region of Abra.

Sources told LBCI that Al Assir supporters are adamant on reaching the protest's location even on feet.
