Criminal mastermind Bassel al-Ahmed arrested on murder, theft charges

Syrian suspect, Bassel al-Ahmed, accused of stealing copper wires in Southern Lebanon was arrested on charges of killing Moussa Badreddine, according to the National News Agency.

In this regard, al-Ahmed who also heads a gang, admitted that he killed 81-year-old Badreddine in August last year.

In addition, the security forces are exerting efforts to arrest other accomplices who remain out of sight.
