Tarshish Mayor denies telecommunication ministry statement

Tarshish Mayor Gaby Semaan said on Thursday that “unlike what the telecommunication ministry has earlier stated, Hezbollah has extended a private telecoms network, using state infrastructure.”

Semaan told Nharkom Saiid TV show that “Hezbollah members were prevented from installing the network,” adding that members from the party threatened the residents as they said “we will stage another May 7, if we had to.”
