General Security Chief Maj.Gen. Ibrahim: We will eradicate terrorism in Lebanon

Lebanese General Security Chief Major General Abbas Ibrahim asserted on Thursday that the Lebanese security and military apparatuses are cooperating to maintain civil peace and stability in the country, noting that Israeli threats will also be addressed with the cooperation of the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

Major General's remarks came after the Lebanese General Security conducted military maneuvers in the region of Hamat.

"All efforts will be exerted to eradicate all forms of terrorism in Lebanon," he said.
