Lebanese Industrialists Association visit Salam, underscore economic situation

A delegation from the Lebanese Industrialists Association visited on Friday Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam at al-Msaytbe, calling on him to prioritize the economic and living condition of the Lebanese people, regardless of the urgent need to exert all efforts in order to hold the upcoming parliamentary elections.

In this regard, the delegation voiced its concern over the deficit which is taking a toll on the economic sector, pointing out that Salam is adamant on holding the elections on their constitutional due date.
