Hezbollah sources to LBCI: No timetable for arms talks while occupation continues; willing to discuss weapons only within national strategy

Hezbollah sources told LBCI that the government’s decision must be corrected, arguing that it is not possible to set a timetable for discussions on the party’s weapons while the occupation and Israeli attacks continue — especially since the proposed framework has not yet received Israeli approval.

The sources affirmed the party’s willingness to discuss the issue of exclusive arms possession, as stated in the ministerial statement of the government that gained confidence, but only within the context of a national security strategy.
