Israeli army claims airstrike targets Hezbollah site in South Lebanon

The Israeli army claimed it targeted a site in southern Lebanon used to support Hezbollah’s reconstruction efforts and terrorist activities.

Posting on X, Avichay Adraee, spokesperson for the Israeli army, wrote: “The Air Force just struck a site used to produce means supporting Hezbollah’s reconstruction efforts and advancing ‘terrorist’ plans.”

He added: “The presence of Hezbollah’s production site in the area constitutes a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.”

Adraee also emphasized: “The Israeli army will continue to act to eliminate any threat to the State of Israel.”
