Berri calls for General Authority session to vote on Orthodox Gathering's draft law

Speaker Nabih Berri called on Wednesday for holding a General Authority session on May 15 at 11 am to discuss the adoption of a new electoral law.

In this regard, deputies quoted Speaker Berri as saying that he is determined to call for voting upon the Orthodox Gathering's electoral draft since it is the only draft law listed on the session's agenda, adding that "General Authority session will commence next Wednesday, even Saturdays and Sundays, until consensus is reached".
