President Sleiman meets with MP Siniora, ministers and ambassadors

President Michel Sleiman met on Thursday with former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, and tackled with him the latest developments, mainly the parliamentary session dedicated for the extension of the Parliament's mandate and the failure of Lebanese leaders to adopt a new electoral law.

The extension of the parliament's mandate was also discussed between President Sleiman and Caretaker Minister of Public Health Ali Hassan Khalil and Caretaker Minister of Tourism Fadi Abboud.

President Sleiman also held talks with France's Ambassador to Lebanon Patrice Paoli, who conveyed his country's support for Lebanon's policy of dissociation based on the Baabda Declaration.

As well, President Sleiman tackled bilateral relations with Kuwait's Ambassador to Lebanon Abdelal Qenaei.
