LF leader Geagea urges security apparatus to put end for provocations

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea said on Thursday that the solution for Tripoli's incidents is in the hands of the caretaker government.

Geagea urged the Lebanese army to collect weapons from Tripoli and Jabal Mohsen.

"There can neither be stability nor security without one single state with one single army in one single Lebanon," a statement by the LF press bureau quoted Geagea as saying.

He also called on security apparatus to put an end for the "ongoing provocations" in Jdeidet el-Metn and Zahle regions.
