“The car went for a swim. We all did.” This is what Sophie, the owner of a 3-month-old German shepherd said about the incident. It was a strange, one of a kind accident, which took place in Massachusetts on a Sunday. The dog jumped into the car and hit the gearshift, slamming it into drive mode, then the puppy fell on top of the gas pedal causing the car to move forward and into the pond!
The car got completely submerged, but luckily both dog and owner were unharmed.
