Israeli security forces arrested Thursday night Anwar al-Zboun, a Hamas MP and a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council at his house in Bethlehem-South of West Bank, Hamas Movement said.
According to Hamas’ statement, the arrest of Anwar al-Zboun raised the number of Hamas MPs arrested by Israel to 19.
Israel had previously arrested and imprisoned al-Zboun for at least 4 years in 2006.
