UN calls on Putin to end attack on Ukraine

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet called on Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday to end “the armed attack on Ukraine” and to disarm the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, which was bombed several times.

During a press conference held on the occasion of the end of her mandate, Bachelet tackled briefly the conflict in Ukraine.

“I call on the Russian President to end the armed attack on Ukraine and the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant must be immediately disarmed,” she stressed.
