Islamic Jihad chief Ziyad al-Nakhalah affirmed in a statement on Tuesday that the Palestinian movement "will not engage in any understandings without ensuring a comprehensive ceasefire, the withdrawal of occupation forces, guaranteeing reconstruction, and a clear political solution that ensures the rights of the Palestinian people."
