Qatar's Al Jazeera television network on Sunday condemned the Israeli government's decision to halt its operations in Israel, calling it a 'criminal act.'

Al Jazeera said, "Israel's suppression of free press to cover up its crimes by killing and arresting journalists has not deterred us from performing our duty."
