These Are The World Scariest Looking Animals
Naked Mole Rat

Naked mole rats are vegetarian, but you wouldn't want to be around any of them just in case they decided to change their mind!

The rats use the few hairs they have on their body to feel around as they tunnel under ground.

Gharial

Gharials look like crocodiles with squished snouts; however, when you look at their teeth it would become difficult to decide whether they are funny or scary.

Tube-nosed bats

A tube-nosed bat is a megabat in the family Pteropodidae that lives in north-eastern Australia. They are a deep brown with gray heads and sparse yellow spotting.

Musk Deer

The above photo is not Photoshopped. In fact, there are deer in the world with vampire teeth. The said deer use their teeth instead of their horns to impress the ladies!

Aye-Aye

This Malagasy native looks like it's waiting for you to walk by so it can pounce. In the dead of night it uses its long middle finger to tap on trees and listen for yummy insect morsels.

To the people of Madagascar, the Aye-Aye are a bad omen, so they're often killed.

Lamprey

Lampreys are an order of jawless fish, the adult of which is characterized by a toothed, funnel-like sucking mouth. Some species of lamprey use their teeth to suck blood from fish.

Barreleye Fish

Barreleye fish live in the deep sea, so humans barely ever lay eyes on it. You can actually see through a Barreleye’s head its brain and veins.

Goblin Shark

The goblin shark is a rare, poorly understood species of deep-sea shark. The sharks' schnozzle acts like a metal detector so it can find its prey. After finding the prey, the goblin shark shoots its jaw out much like a hand would reach for food.
