REPORT: US, Israel plan to strike weapons caches in case Assad falls

While Israel refused to comment on whether or not it did strike arms cargo in Mezze airport near Damascus, it was keen on confirming that Syria stands as a target for its new air force maneuvers. Israel also revealed the use of a new unmanned drone “Hermes 900” capable of flying for 40 consecutive hours, while sending warnings to Hezbollah leadership to reduce their activities in the Lebanese regions near the borders.

This report will highlight the Israeli maneuvers carried out in order to be able to face the different scenarios expected regarding the outcome of the Syrian crisis. The report will also reveal a US-Israeli plan aiming at destroying weapons cashes in Syria in case the Assad Regime falls.
