REPORT: Hezbollah telecommunication devices subject to Israeli spying

The Israeli army has reportedly commenced use of new eavesdropping devices to spy on Hezbollah's telecommunication networks alongside other organization in both Lebanon and Syria.

The devices, which include antennas that operate over high frequencies, had been installed on unmanned drones to ensure the success of the espionage operation and to guarantee that it covers the largest area possible.

This report will examine the new spying techniques adopted by the Israeli military as well as the stance of the Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon who said that “his army is closely monitoring the situation in Lebanon and Syria, setting ‘red lines’ that should not be crossed”.
