REPORT: Turkish peacekeeping force adopts strict measures following abduction

Gunmen ambushed a van carrying a Turkish Airlines crew in the Lebanese capital Friday, kidnapping a pilot and a co-pilot.

Following the attack, the peacekeeping force in the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL) halted all its patrols throughout the country.

This report will shed light on the measures adopted by the Turkish peacekeeping force following the abduction operation.
