REPORT: Lebanon's Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya demonstrate in support with Egypt's Brotherhood

The Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya party held on Wednesday a protest before the Egyptian embassy in Beirut in support with the Muslim Brotherhood.

In this regard, the Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya political bureau member Assaad Harmoush said he supports democracy against "the terrorism carried out by Egypt's ruling party," and called on Lebanese political factions to adopt a definitive stance in regards to the events taking place in Egypt.

During a phone call with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV show, Harmoush called on all citizens "keen on freedom and democracy" to participate in another sit-in set for next Friday outside the Egyptian embassy in Beirut as a show of support to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.
