REPORT: Bomb explodes near army Intelligence station in Bekaa

A bomb exploded on Thursday morning in the central Bekaa region of Jalala near a Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence station.

LBCI correspondent in Zahle, Nayef Darwish, was on the road when the explosion went off but no casualties were reported, he said.

This as, the army cordoned off the area in Jalala and launched investigations in order to reveal the circumstances behind the incident.

Sources told LBCI that 300 grams of explosives were used in the Jalala bomb that was remotely detonated while two Syrian nationals were arrested for investigations.
