REPORT: Israel sets up plan to hit targets on Lebanese soil

Israel is conducting maneuvers to upgrade its intensive air strikes, in preparation for a potential raid against Lebanon.

In this context, a chief in the Israeli Air Force said that the upcoming Israeli attack on Lebanon will be "a fast, accurate and devastating one."
