REPORT: Tripoli's gunmen are a threat to civil peace

According to the Lebanese law, gunmen fighting in Bab el-Tebbaneh and Jabal Mohsen are considered as a threat to civil peace.

They also provoke sectarian strife and are therefore considered as terrorists.

Also, legal sources say that perpetrators who are proved, during investigations to have injured or killed civilian or any members of the Lebanese Armed forces will be convicted with murder
