REPORT: Mohammad Chatah's open letter to Iran's Rouhani

An open letter that was written by slain Lebanese politician Mohammad Chatah to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani last week was published by Wall Street Journal on Saturday.

On Friday, Chatah was killed by a car bomb before he could gather signatures from members of the Lebanese parliament, the newspaper said.
