Two years have passed since the collapse of the Fassouh building in Achrafieh, and some of the affected citizens are still waiting to receive the compensations of the High Relief Commission.           

A six-story residential building collapsed on Sunday January 15, 2012, in Al-Motran Atallah Street, Fassouh, Achrafieh, where the final death toll was estimated to 27, while rescuers managed to free several survivors with various injuries.
