REPORT: #NoLawNoVote! KAFA’s new campaign

The elections have not yet kicked off, and the interior ministry has not changed the ink color of the voters’ fingerprint from blue to red.

However, the photos shared on social media websites along with the hashtag #NoLawNoVote depicting women, men and children holding up their thumbs covered with red ink (color of injuries and restrain), are the theme of a new campaign launched by KAFA (enough) Violence & Exploitation, in order to urge the members of parliament to vote and pass the law to protect women from domestic violence.

“Vote for us, so we vote for you in the parliamentary elections,” the activists said.
