REPORT: Civil defense workers hold sit-in in Qobayyat

Civil defense workers held on Tuesday a symbolic sit-in at their regional center in Akkar's Qobayyat.

On Monday, Civil Defense volunteers staged an open-ended sit-in on the Ramla al-Bayda beach to protest the failure to endorse the law granting them permanent employment at the governmental institution.

The team also held a sit-in outside the Hermel Serail and blocked several roads including the one at the entrance of Baalbek.
