REPORT: Will Wednesday's session be considered a second round to elect a president?
On Wednesday the 23rd of April, House Speaker Nabih Berri concluded the minutes of the parliamentary session to elect a new president, and scheduled a new session for the 30th of April.

Will this session be considered as a first round of election with 86 votes needed to elect a president, or will it be considered a second round with only 65 votes required to elect a president?
