REPORT: Fugitives turn themselves over to Military Intelligence
The Lebanese army issued on Thursday a statement in which it said that some leaders of armed fighters in northern city of Tripoli turned themselves over to the military intelligence.

"Ziad Allouki, Saad al-Masri, Khaled Qawwas and Omar Mheish, who have several arrest warrants against them, have turned themselves in," the army's statement said.

This report will shed light on the step taken by Tripoli's fugitives who are wanted on multiple counts of shooting, hurling hand grenades and taking part in acts that undermine security in the northern city.
