REPORT: Second aid convoy arrives to border town of Tfeil amid security measures

A second convoy, carrying food and medical assistance, arrived on Thursday to the Lebanese border town of Tfeil amid heavy security measures.

This comes a month after the first convoy entered the town, located on the Eastern Mountain Range, in order to alleviate the suffering of Tfeil’s residents and the Syrian refugees.

Tfeil, was cut off from the rest of Lebanon after the only accessible road to the Bekaa Valley came under the Syrian army's control.
