REPORT: Lebanese lawmakers fail for fifth time to elect new president

Lebanese parliamentarians failed on Thursday to elect a successor to President Michel Sleiman before his term expires on May 25.

Parliament's fifth attempt to vote for a new head of state was abandoned when lawmakers failed to reach quorum.
