REPORT: ISIL declares boundaries breakdown, final stage to establish caliphate

The radical Sunni Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group posted on its Twitter account a video whereby it declared the breakdown of boundaries and the start of the final stage to establish the Islamic State.

Abu Mohammad al-Adnani, the group's spokesman, said ISIL fighters have swept away boundaries, noting that the borders had divided Islamic states and "torn the caliphate apart".
