REPORT: 'Islamic State' militants kill citizen in Lebanon's Arsal

A group of Islamic State militants, coming from Arsal's barren range, infiltrated late on Tuesday into the Lebanese border town, killing Mustafa Ezzeddine al-Hujairi at his residence.

Hujairi is the father of a boy who was murdered, nearly one month ago, by the same group in the Wadi Hmeid area.
