REPORT: A closer look at joint operations by Jabhat al-Nusra, IS militants in Arsal

Deadly clashes have taken place between Jabhat al-Nusra and Islamic State militants in the provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Raqqa, Hama, Deir al-Zour, Homs and Hasaka.

More than three thousand fighters were killed from both sides since the beginning of 2014.

This report will examine the reason behind the joint fighting among the two organizations in Syria's Qalamoun and Lebanon's Arsal.
