REPORT: Israel to launch second stage of military operation

Israel has launched the second stage of its military operation dubbed “Shelf Steadfast” against Gaza Strip, through a gradual escalation of its threats of further shelling.

This comes as efforts to reach an agreement in Cairo have so far failed.
