During its session, the cabinet decided to increase the production of the power plant of al-Naameh, to reach 5 megawatts produced out of waste, and to be distributed to the neighboring towns.
The government also decided to conduct negotiations with Sukleen Company over the possibility of extending the term of the contract, with amended conditions.
An agreement was also reached during the cabinet session to pay compensations for the municipalities of the towns where landfills will be established.
