REPORT: Abductors contact Khodor Darwish’s parents, demand ransom

The parents of Khodor Farouq Darwish received Friday a phone call from his kidnappers who demanded a ransom of USD 135 thousand to release him.

Contacts were lost with 30-year-old Khodor Farouq Darwish, the brother of LBCI reporter Nayef Darwish, on Thursday (September 25).

Khodor's vehicle, a Grand Cherokee, was found in the Baalbek town of al-Tibeh near the market.

Accordingly, the relatives of the kidnapped blocked Zahle - Baalbek road calling for Darwish's release.
