REPORT: Syrian regime introduces the UR-77 tanks in Jobar

To limit the progress of Syrian opposition fighters in the outskirts of the capital Damascus, mainly in Jobar, forces loyal to president Bashar Assad resorted to the use of the Russian UR-77 "Meteorit"; a mine clearing tank with a turret-like superstructure bearing two launch ramps.
