REPORT: Trucks transporting goods from Bekaa caught up in a battle at Syria-Jordan border

Trucks transporting fruits and vegetables from Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley were caught up in crossfire at the Syrian-Jordanian border late on Monday.

The refrigerated trucks were caught up in a fighting between the Syrian regime troops and rebels as they were about to cross into Jordan through the Nasib border crossing.
